OFFICIAL VERSIONS
The John Lennon song ‘Grow Old With Me’ has been included on a variety of officially released albums, compilations, and box sets. This had led to versions that have difference large and small.
Overall, there are three main branches. (Yes, they are of one tree.) These are: Milk and Honey versions, Anthology versions, and Gimme Some Truth: The Ultimate Mixes versions.
TLDR, the most significant differences exist between the branches, with other differences generally minor. The only exception is the 1984 and 2001 versions of Milk and Honey, which have substantial differences in tempo, song length, and sound.
For the sake of clarity, I will refer to each version separately, though in cases the differences are minute. Note that, in all cases, I am referring to U.S. versions and specifically the original CD releases. (The only exception is the 2015 LP release of the Signature Box.)
